REPAIRS

A Comprehensive Approach

Once an in-depth diagnostic is completed, we will reach out to you and let you know the full and complete cost to repair your PC and offer our guidance as to whether or not it would be in your best interest to repair or replace your PC.

Parts are sourced directly from the manufacturer when available. If a needed part is discounted or not available we will make every attempt to find and order it.

You can expect the following when we repair a PC:

1. Frequent Communication. We will contact you when:

  • Parts are ordered

  • Parts have shipped

  • Parts have arrived

  • Your computer is actively being worked on 

  • Your PC has passed a rigorous quality-control check and ready for pickup

Additionally,​ we will followup after approximately 2 weeks to ensure that your PC is working and functioning properly and answer any questions you may have.

2. Attention to Detail. We don't believe in haphazard repairs. Neither should you. Our repairs:

  • Use best in quality tools from iFixit to ensure nothing is broken in the process of repair (ie. stripped screws, damaged plastic snaps, puncturing of any kind etc.) â€‹

  • Are completed on proper anti-static equipment

  • Guarantee that any old/replaced components are recycled properly

  • Do not pressure you into paying for un-needed components or extra software

  • Backed by a 30-day Warranty

3. Complete cleaning of a PC inside and out:

  • New Application of Thermal Paste between CPU and Cooler

  • Cleaning of all outer surfaces using electronic-grade alcohol

  • Optimizing Windows 10 for speed and reliability


4. Great customer service:

  • We take your privacy seriously

  • Questions of any kind are welcomed

  • Repairs are completed in a timely-matter

  • We will NOT scam you, or pressure you into services or components that are not necessary for repair

  • We will listen and respond to any concerns you may have regarding our services

Your PC will be given back to you in a clean and working state. A detailed invoice consisting of the entire repair process will be exchanged via e-mail and in-person. The cost of repair is comprised of the cost of the parts needed, labor at 75.00/hr and initial diagnostic. Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 hours after receiving parts and/or components.

Please Note: 

1. Repairs of PCs are done in-house. For the safety of everyone, we cannot complete repairs in your own home or another location.

2. All PCs must be dropped off/exchanged in person or shipped to my address. We cannot pick up the computer from you. 

3. All payments are handled securely through Wix and PayPal. Cash is also accepted. 

4. Warranty does not cover accidental damage (ie. liquid damage, cracked display, damage due to drop or abuse, or viral infection of the computer)
